Taylor Creek's Return Policy

Taylor Creek gladly accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on most merchandise when accompanied by the original receipt. The following exceptions apply:

• Returns are accepted on furniture, pictures and floral arrangements for only 5 days from date of purchase
• Returns of Christmas merchandise are accepted until the earlier of 30 days from purchase OR December 20. No returns of Christmas seasonal merchandise will be accepted after December 20 each year.
• There are NO returns on:
  - Sale items
  - Special orders
  - Custom made floral and bows
  - Christmas trees
  - Patio furniture
  - Umbrellas and grills
